When will my order be processed/ship?
We process orders in 1-3 business days and ship with the cheapest option to get your goodies to you, when you need them!
Sassafras does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays
Sassafras is not held responsible for weather delays or conditions beyond our control
Orders can be shipped to any address! Just select which option you prefer when you check out!
RETURN POLICY
Please be sure to fill out a include it with your return. Return form We only offer store credit for returns. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free. We reserve the right to refuse any return where these conditions are not met.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

Sunnies/Eyewear
Bralettes
Gift items
Sale Items
Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more
All returns must be shipped back to Sassafras Boutique & Gifts within 7 days of bring delivered to you. We will use the tracking from USPS to determine when the package delivery date. Any items sent to Sassafras that are not in compliance with these guidelines will be sent back to the customer at their expense. After 7 days of delivery we are unable to accept any returns.

Return Shipping Details:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
Damaged Items:
If you received a damaged item please email haley@sassafrasbg.com within 5 days of delivery. Please send a photo of the damage and the order number.
Exchanges:
Due to our quickly changing inventory we do not offer exchanges.
Additional return information:
Once you wear an item, it is yours for good! Sassafras is not liable for any damage that comes from wear/wash. As a small business, we reserve the right to refuse any return that has signs of wear or wash.
